Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My child who is now nine months was born in the US and I am not legal in the US, but my child was diagnose with a genetic disease and have to be seeing by a specialist every two month in the US and from time to time being rush to the ER. because of this I have to travel back on forth to the US, spending sometime more that 3 months on some occasion, not that I want to stay that long but my child is admitted in the hospital and I have to push back my travel schedule. I am concern that because of my frequent traveling the CBP my want to revoke my visa. I want to now if there is anything I can do legally to facilitate my frequent travel. I am posting this question from the hospital where my daughter is being admitted this very moment. She was her last month where she needed a blood transfusion.

Sorry to hear about your child's condition. B2/Visitor's visa can be used for this purpose. If this is the visa you already have, then it's okay to travel on B2 visa for medical treatment. You can have your daughter's medical records, letter form her US doctor, etc with you, and show it to the CBP officer at the airport if asked for a proof of so frequent travel. Medical treatment is an allowed type of activity for someone traveling on B2 visa. If necessary to stay longer than allowed 6 months at a time, you can apply for extension with the USCIS.
