Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I entered US illegally in 2005,by 2006 i was diagnose with End Stage Renal Failure, i am on dialysis machine 3x a week,is there any possible way that i could get adjustment of status or any legal action that is applicable for me,thanks!

Unfortunately, no. If you have a qualifying relative (a US citizen spouse, a child over 21, a parent), they may be able to petition for you. However, you'll have to go back to your country and apply for a visa, as it appears that you are not eligible for adjustment of status because of your entry without inspection (and visa) in 2005. I understand that you haven;t applied for any benefits with the USCIS.

However, what I would like to know is whether you ever worked in this country?
Are you married to US citizen? Who is paying your medical bills?
Unless amnesty is offered by the government it will be difficult for you to adjust your status.
