Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
While my family immigration visa in NVC process, I have signed a contract for a job outside USA- dose it affect on my family visa process? Or the NVC may rejected the visa because I am out the country?

It depends on the stage of this pending I-130 petition. As a general rule, the Petitioner must be domiciled (residing) in the USA. This is especially important whenever the intending immigrant and his/her family are going to apply for their immigrant visas and you will submit your Affidavit of Support to the NVC.
