My father filed an I -130 petition for me and the priority date was reached in May of 2011. I failed to file for adjustment of status can I still file or is it to late

As long as your priority date is still current (check the June & July 2015 visa bulletin) & you are in valid legal status, or protected by 245i, or an immediate relative, then, yes, you can still apply.
