Re: Filing for permanent residence

Your husband would first need to file form I-130, the Petition for an Alien Relative. This form can be found on the USCIS website. Make sure to carefully follow all the instructions, as any mistakes or incorrect information can delay the petition or result in a denial.

Should you wish to obtain assistance with the process of obtaining your green card, our office can help if you wish.

Good Luck!

Where are you living at the moment? Where is your husband living? Depending upon the answer, it will decide where and what forms you have to file.

You can contact me at [email protected] for further discussion on this.
