Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Can a foreign owned LLC in the US, hire employees from the country of origin / citizenship of the owner? If, for example, the owner is from Malta and starts a LLC in New York, can the owner hire citizens from Malta to work for the LLC in the US? Thank you in advance.

It depends. Primarily on the owner's visa/status in USA, company's situation, job posititions offered to foreign workers and educational qualifications of the prospective employees.
