Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I have a friend from Russia... recently she was in U.S. on a fiancee visa. Unfortunately things did not work out between her and her fiancee so she was forced to go back to Russia. I know that the immigration options are through marriage, family, work and visa lottery. She does not want to try marriage again and she has no family or job in America. If there any options for her other then those 4 ways and also excluding refugee status? We were thinking of work visa for unskilled worker but do not know how she can do that option without having a job here in America.

Work visas, investor visa, student or exchange visitor visas are the other options. A DV lottery was open for Russian citizen (people born in Russia this past year, 2009). It will reopen again in October 2010.

Yes, if she and her fiance decided not to marry, she was required to depart the USA and go back to Russia prior to expiration of the allowed 90-days period on K-1 visa. There were no other options.
