Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

i have green card since three years and i was to fie for my husband's greencard. My husband entered us through L1 visa in oct 2008 and after 1 year he changed his status to student visa. currently he is on student visa. what list of forms do i need to fill in order to file for my husband's green card?

If you are still only a permanent resident, the only petition you can file is an Alien Relative petition, form I-130. He will need to wait for his priority date to become current in order to apply for a green card through adjustment of status.
