Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Hi,
I have marriage based conditional green card which expires in 2 years. Should my husband and i have any particular annual income for these two years to remove conditions successfully? If our income is low should we have a co-sponsor to file I-751 form and remove conditions? thank you.
1 Answer from Attorneys
There is no income requirement, therefore, no joint sponsor would be required for I-751.
