Me and my ex husband filed for residentship in 1994. In 2004 we get divorced and my child tells me he is a resident of the u.s. We have been divorced since and i have always been wondering if i had also been approve since we file together.

You need to consult your lawyer (a person who assisted with your application for permanent residency) or any other qualified immigration attorney. It's simply impossible to specualte here on the public website whether you were approved or not.

Did you file the form I-485?

On what basis your husband, self and children applied for residency (who petitioned for you)?

Did you have an interview with INS or USCIS?

Do you have an A#?
