Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

my husband has left and i dont know where he is, i am in the process of getting my green card, i am waiting on my interview letter. Would be deny my green card if he is does not show up for the interview?

Yes, your green card will be denied if you apply for a green card based on marriage to a US citizen husband, but he fails to attend the interview, and you no longer live together (if the USCIS finds that this is not a bona fide marriage).

If you and your US citizen are no longer (living) together, you will not be eligible to adjust status. You need to establish a bona fide marital relationship.
