Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

After lawful entry in USA, asylum case is submitted and finally denied whether applicant is deported from USA by force or allow him to stay without any legal status?

No, he will not be allowed to stay in USA unless the Immigration Judge grants him asylum or withholding of removal. Keep in mind that when the asylum application is denied by Asylum office, an applicant is usually referred to Immigration Court for removal proceedings, and there is a chance that a judge can grant asylum. While a case is pending in Immigration or appelate court, the applicant can stay in USA.
