If you plan to marry him immediately upon his arrival in USA (within 90 days), and you met him in person face-to-face (not merely text messaging or calling) then you can file a Fiance visa petition for him. There is a number of other preconditions both of you have to meet in order to have this petition approved.

If a petition is approved by the DHS, then he can apply for a Fiancee visa.

There is no visa for boyfriends, unless he is a fiance and you plan to marry within 90 days of his arrival in USA.

You can either file for fiance visa, and once he is in USA, you can marry him and apply for green card, or you can marry him in Dominican, and then apply for immigrant visa/green card.
