Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

If married to a US citizen while on a tourist visa, what type of proof can be submitted to prove marriage was spontaneous? Also, are these documents to be submitted with the joint i-130/i-485? Thanks!

Yes, some of the applications/forms to be submitted are I-130, I-485 - plus many others.

There is a big number of mandatory and optional supporting documents to be submitted.

As to your other question, it depends on your situation and how soon after arriving in USA you got married (within 30 days? 60 days? etc). Yes, sometimes 'preconceived immigration intent' could be a problem.
