Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I got married 2009 and my wife petitioned for me and I got divorce after I took my finger print and my approval letter. Now I want to marry again with a different woman. Will I have problems with the second petition if my second my wife petitions me?

Hello:
They may question you more on whether the marriage is bona-fide.
Have you been granted a permanent or conditional resident status or not?
Yes, if applying again, your case maybe subjected to increased scrutiny compare to somebody else who had never applied before.
I suggest, you consult or hire a good immigration lawyer.

You should be ok but you will need to hire an attorney for this. Give me a call for a free consultation, I have offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
