Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My mom came to USA on visitor visa .Has pending I-130, I-485.She just got I-512L approved.Can she travel outside USA for 2 mon with that ? Will it affect her I-485 status? She is petitioned by me.

The USCIS can approve any application for advance parole if an applicant's form I-485, application for adjustment of status, is pending. However, such an approval is not an indication that it's safe for her to travel. I suggest, you consult an immigration attorney, who would need to ask you a number of questions in order to establish her admissibility, etc.
