Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
hello! i overstayed my visa by several years, left , and was able to get a new tourist visa and enter the u.s., after leaving the u.s, on return,i was denied enterance, removed and banned for 5 years. my boyfriend lives in u.s, he's a citizen. is a fiance visa helpful to allow me in until we get married? is there even a chance? or do we need to marry outside of the u.s in this case? thank you!

Before you can come back on any visa: whether a fiancee visa or an immigrant visa, you will need to have a permission to enter the USA after removal and possibly a waiver of inadmissibility approved.
How were you able to obtain a visa after overstay? Did you misrepresent anything on your visa application? Why your admission was denied? Do you have copies of the paperwork given to you by the CBP when they denied your admission?
I suggest you need a good immigration lawyer. First of all, a lawyer should review your situation and advise you. This internet forum should be only a starting point for your research.
