Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
My parents live in the US and have valid green cards. I am 30 years old, from Canada, and want to move to the US. I understand my parents can sponsor me as I am unmarried. I have a 7 year old daughter on my own. What needs to be done to get her into the US legally with me? Thank you.

Your parents can petition for both you and your daughter.
