Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I am U.S. permanent residence. Can I apply for my mom or dad for permnent residence? They are in foreign country.

When you become a U.S. citizen, then you can petition for your mother and father.

You won't be able to petition for your parents until you are a U.S. citizen and then you will need to be 21 years of age or older.
