Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Can a pregnant foreign woman properly enter US on tourist visa with intent to deliver baby in US and then return home? Medical care will be paid for. This will be second child born in US. Could 1) pregnancy be a reason to deny entry to US and 2) if she was not denied entry, would the fact that she delivered a second child in US be a reason to deny a tourist visa in the future?

Yes, she can be denied entry, a visa can be canceled and in the future may not be able to obtain a visitor's visa. It happens quite often. In discretion of the CBP, she can be allowed to USA to give birth.
