Hi,

You should earn about $18,212 per annum if there are no dependents (children) involved. If you do not earn this much, you can find a co-sponsor to file affidavit of support. There is no minimum bank account required.

The answer to your question depends on many factors: how many dependents you have; does your fiancee have any kids who are emigrating with her; have you ever filed an affidavit for someone else?

The federal poverty guidelines are posted here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf

For a Fiancee visa, you need to meet 100% for your household size. Later when she is in USA and applies for a 'green card', you will need to meet 125% of the poverty guidelines for the current FY.
