Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Hello, My name is Randy, and I am on H4 visa for past 7 years, Which means I can not work in this country, On 2005 I was trying to get sponsorship job, and I found one company ready to sponsor me, They said you work for few weeks and we see you work, and if we like your job, we will sponsor you, and for few weeks we will pay you by cash. And once I started working, and they like my work, but they never sponsor me, they said why you need to get sponsor when we give you money in cash, this way you save lots of your money in TAX, Now from 2005 I am working with same company, but they never sponsor me, and from that time, they keep hire students, harass them, they even cut salary for lunch time, and then they fire people. I need to know what are my right hear, I ask them several time for sponsoring me, but they are very rude people and stingy people. But I have child and my wife is on H1 visa, and in any way I dont want any problem to them. What should I do or what can I do to get justice.

Thanks

I think you realize that you are working illegally in violation of your H4 status. Thus, you have jeopardized your status in USA and any future applications for permanent residency, etc.

You can't request or force a company to "sponsor" you or file any form of petition on your behalf. It's up to the company to choose to do so.
