Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I am a son of illegal immigrants and I am wondering if my citizenship be revoked if the 14th Amendment is gone?

No, I do not think that your citizenship can be revoked even if this happen (which is not likely).
If the amendment is changed, it will apply to future events only.
You should not worry.
