i want to travel in europe
im a green card holder , do i need a to get a visa to travel to france or Uk.

The green card is an American document issued by the government of the United States for use by the government of the United States.
The United States does not have the legal right to require that France, the UK or any other EU entity accept any particular documents.
The green card will enable you to get back into the US. other than that, it is the sovereign decisipon of the UK or France as to what documents they require to enter their countries.
It is best to contct the consulates of those countries.
