I am from the UK and want to come to USA and I am pregnant. If I give birth to my baby in the USA can that help me get USA citizenship? If yes what do I have to do to get it.

No, giving birth to a child in the United States will not help a foreign mother to become a USA citizen (not even a resident). A child will be a citizen by birth. However, he or she can petition for his/her mother only when he/she is over 21 years of age.
