Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

I am an Ukrainian citizen studying in Canada. Currently i am visiting the States. But I think i want to switch my Canadian student visa to American working. is it possible? or what are my options if i want to move to US?

You can apply for a school in USA and apply for student visa.

For empoyment based visa, you have to have an employer ready to hire you.

Besides having an employer-petitioner, you have to have an appropriate degree. Do you have at least Bachelor's degree? Do you have an American employer willing to petition you for a work visa?
