My wife and i married in nigeria before we migrated to the united states in 2002. We both became naturalized citizen in the year 2007. I worked full time to support the family while she go to school full time. she is about to graduate from school, but she is planning to move out of the marriage with our three kids because I challenge her of having extra marital affairs which i suspected due to her exposure. can she sue me for child and animony support? also can we get divorce in the united state?
