Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
HI,
I will be eligible to file for Naturalization next September 2010;
i have, however a conviction record; I was arrested on March 2009 for patronizing a prostitute;
I was offered a deal to plea guilty of a violation and I accepted;
How many chances do I have to be approved?
some people suggest to wait 5 years from the conviction, some say "dont worry"
please advice, i AM very confused;
thank you
