Legal Question in Insurance Law in New York
Cobra
If my cobra benefit is $1241.20 and I pay 241.20 - and my check is returned - I was given written notification on 11/10/06 and my employer is trying to cancel benefits -- is that legally permitted???

If you mean that you made a partial payment, you may not do that.
