Legal Question in International Law in New York
Making a Will
I want to make a will. I am an American living in Ireland for the past 30 years. I have assets in New York and Ireland. Must I make two seperate wills or will the one cover both countries?

Re: Making a Will
You do not need two separate wills. However, this is not a will you should prepare yourself. Whoever prepares the will must be familar with the laws relating to the transfer of property in Ireland as well as New York.
