''Transfer pricing''

Hello

I am an accountant of a US based company which is providing offshore telephone answering services. Our company will be filing a Federal Tax Return .

Could somebody tell me what is the status of US Courts on transfer Pricing Issues. If possible a listing of some judicial decisions , so that no illegal act is performed.
