Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I just received a letter from a fired employees attorney. There she complains about sexual abuse from here supervisor, while she was working at our firm. My question: is our company responsible to answer this, if she never complained to us, wile she was working at the company. She says that, she did once write a letter to her supervisor complaining to him. But, we the officers and owners of the corporation never heard any complains from her.

Yes you must answer. If you do not, you can lose the case by default.
