landlord &tenant discrimination

my landlord keep harrassing me and calling me name because of my sex prefence.when he come to collected rent he comes banging on my house door early in the morning.demanding his rent in which i never was late.when i said to him i be downstair when i put something on.he curse at me,and told me to pack my things and leave.i told him that i was tired of his threat and he told his wife you go deal with that it.i got mad and told him now iam not paying you rent because you always discriminating me.at the court hearing landlord an tenant when the judge adjournd the case because my lawyer couldnt make it.7days late not even 10th i pay my rent.asa i walk away he goes and tell me low in the judge court.u f..b..i said loud and said what u said,and told judge he just said racial word to me.iam tired of being harrass.he bought my selfestine down now i dont want to go house hunting.please i need help fast.

If you have a lawyer ask him/her for advice. As far as racial epitaphs or comments about your sexual orientation, you should know that a judge would likely see that as a he said she said story. And not give it credence.
