Negligence
My neighboor fell on our mutully shared outdoor stairs. Broke his arm. He claims he slipped on unswept leaves. He is just a rentor. I own my property. Am I liable??

If he can show that you had notice of the condition he can sue you and your landlord. I would report this to your homeowners insurance pronto.
