A doctors mistake in the emerency room
I went to the emergency room about 2 years with pain in my stomach. The doctor on diagnosed me with a pelvic infection and gave me antibiotics and pain killers. Well on Monday I was not feeling any better so i went to my doctor where he gave me tests. Come to find out I did not have a infection at all. My doctor had to due surgery the next day to take out a ovary and falopion tube is there anything i can do with the doctor at the emergency room even after 2 years.

It is possible that malpractice has occurred. Even so, the amount of potential damages (as quantified by $) remains difficult to determine.
