yes i have had a case in the special trial part for a year and a half now, its been ready and passd 5 times im very concerned about this should i contact another lawyer please help me, i understand cases in ny takes time but this is really ridiculous

May not be your lawyers fault. Defense counsel is playing games with your case and most judges are pro defense. What are the facts and where is your case venued?
