summary court martial
My commander wants to court martial me but i have spit personalities to put it lightly that i've been diagnosed with and what he's charging me with i don't even remember doing what should I do?

DO NOT ACCEPT a summary court-martial. Make sure you get a good attorney to represent you and try to use your medical condition in your defense. You have to consent to a summary court-martial and it usually is not a good idea to accept one. Get a good attorney and discuss it with them before you agree with anything.
