Legal Question in Military Law in New York
VA Benefits
My father passed away a year and a half ago and was a military verteran. A co-worker of mine who is also a veteran said that because he was in the military I could possibly be eligible for benefits and even funds, how would I go about finding if this is so and claiming?

Re: VA Benefits
This depends on a number of issues including your age, if you are attending school and the like. Contact the VA directly to see if there are available benefits.
