i have a claim in new york but need to move to south carolina will i be able to recieve my benifits there

The basic answer is yes. However, when and how you get your benefits, and what you must do while in South Carolina will depend on what you mean by 'claim'. Is it a lawsuit, is it a disability claim and so on.
