can my daughter get any money out of her cd before she is 18

i want to know if my daughter can take money out of her cd acct. before she is 18...it a money settlement from a car accident..she is also a cancer survivor...

In order to have settled the case, the Judge must have seen her and signed an Infant's Compromise Order directing where the proceeds are to be placed. Ypu may apply to the Court, using that same index (docket) number to get the judge to approve the withdrawal of any monies.
