Deed
The real estats is in Queens NY --NYC and the owner of the premises is in FL can I have the Deed transferring ownership to me notarized in FL although the property is in NY

Yes, a FL notary may sign the deed.
However, beware. NYC uses ACRIS documents that also must be signed by the individual transferring title.

Yes. The deed is drawn in NY, and sent to the owner. The deed has space for a notary who is out of state.
