Destruction of Property

My neighbors live 15 feet from my house, and have more than a dozen cats that use my house, yard, kid's toys etc. as a litter box. Their house smells so badly of urine and feces that we can't even open our windows in the summer. We have filed numerous complaints with the town, however, nothing has been done. Can we sue them for property damage?

technically you can sue them for nuisance, but you have to consult an attorney.
