Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

my husband and I used our credit to buy my children a home. Their money was used for the down payment and all expenses. They pay all the bills. Can this be considered their home legally?

I do not understand your question. Legally, an individual that is named on a deed legally owns the house. therefore, if your children are on the deed, they legally own the house.
