Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Neighborhood has 2 adult ATV riders who travel at a high rate of speed on a local, private road. They tear up driveways, as well as the road with 360s, etc. Local and state police are less than willing to assit. Both riders have been asked to stop. Neither rider owns property on this road. Property owners 'own' to the center of the road by deed. Concerns include owner's liability in case of an accident, and cost of repairing the road on a yearly basis. What's our best way to proceed?
Thank you.

You need to have the local police enforce the law. I would contact your local politician.
Mike.
