Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Hello, I own two vacant parcels. I want to join them together in order to have enough room to build a home/septic. One lot has NO easments, common areas of any kind on deed. The other vacant lot has a power line easment and a "parking area" that can be used by 4 adjoining land/deed owners.

If I join the two lots, does that give the other proerty owners rights to enter my lot that had/has no right of access?

Thank you in advance

I would have to review the deeds and title documents, however, it sounds to be as if joining the properties will not change the easements. If they specify a specific location on parcel 1 that is a parking area and that has a power line easement, those would remain unchanged. Show your title documents to an attorney, of course, before doing what you are contemplating.
