Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Falsely accused

my husband was accused of sexual harrasment but the person who claming sexual harrasment is having a affair with the boss..and at the time the she stated he sexually harras her their was a doctor present she was talking to he stated he didn't see anything wrong

but yet my husband just got fired ....does he have a case to fight for his job back?

Under New York law, a person can be legally fired for any non-discriminatory reason, including suspicion of harassment; however, if your husband was falsely accused, he may have a defamation case among other claims.
