Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Sexual Harassment

I am being sexually harassed by someone with whom I do not work with or go to school with. I do not know where this person works or lives. He continually shows up at my job , sends me e-mails, Instant messages me when I am online, and is always making sexual advances at me. I have repeatedly told this person to leave me alone altogether and he is still making advances towards me. What can I do about it?

Re: Sexual Harassment

Call the police. I have no idea what you are waiting for. You are not being sexually harassed, you are being stalked. That is dangerous. CALL a Cop and if that doesn't work, go to a lawyer and get a restraining order pronto.

Good luck. Be careful, stalkers can be dangerous.
