Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

lawsuit possible

would i have a case on a supervisor who grabbed my buttocks while enter the office behind me.. the supervisor has also grabbed genitals of other co-workers. I also feel that the supervisor is discriminating towards me and is looking to catch me off guard to punish me.

I would certainly say you have a case, particularly if the employer has been put on notice of this employee's inappropriate behavior.

You should begin keeping a log of his behavior towards you and other employees with dates and times for future reference.
