Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Mentally Challenged Teenagers

I have two mentally challenged teens living in my apartment building who have taken a liking to my 16 year old daughter. They have come individually to the door asking for her, while holding butcher knives. Before something happens should I involve the law or is there some agency that would better handle the mentally unstable?

If your concern is for safety call the police. If you believe that the living situation of the two teens is inappropriate, the Deptartment of Social Services is the Agency that investigates such things.
