Sexual Harassment?

I had a consenual affair with my direct manager. I became pregnant and he begged me to have an abortion. I felt like I had to comply to protect my job. I am a wreck. Work is difficult and hard to handle. And still, he flirts with me and makes inappropriate comments. What can I do?

I would be interested in discussing this with you. This type of harassment

is called quid pro quo-it needs to be reported to the division of human rights or EEOC, or both. Did you actually have the abortion?
